Taking a moment on Friday (or any day) to contact home with praise can be a huge game changer. Try filling out five praise postcards on a Friday and getting these home to students and their guardians. Or take two students who’ve made a big effort in the past week, and before you leave for the weekend, give them a positive phone call home or email.
